An employee Faith provided such an excellent and friendly customer service. I went from wanting help with craft supplies to travel coffee mug and Faith walked me to where the goods were. This Spotlight store has an amazing fantastic array of craft supplies and such great bargains were available. The young male at the checkout- today Saturday 11 was great

Helpful staff but store is just to overloaded. Dont take your elderly mum with wheely walker into this store. The isles are blocked up with stock, and it's just not a pleasant shopping experience. It's a shame, as mum and i have been spotlight shoppers for 30 years. Mum doesn't get out much and now has to send someone into this shop to purchase her needs as well.

Pretty good store, quite big with a good selection of stuff. Staff are friendly but could manage customers a bit better. 1 person serving at the fabric counter and spent 20 minutes with a customer while 4 were waiting.

Feels more like a $2.00 shop than a Spotlight store. The aisles are overfilled, making it feel cramped. The fabric section needs dusting, price tags are missing from items, staff are hard to find, and prices at the register often don't match the advertised price.
